Wise words from Hudson Taylor. I just had the pleasure of finishing his biography and realised in the process there is much that can be learnt from him... His unshakable trust in God, God's promises and God's certain provision, shown by his level-headed attitude to God's work, action often before the presence of wealth/people/tools, but in ardent prayer and seeking of God's will was quite a spectacular witness!!! It's sad to think how muchmy mindset suffers from our materialised world, in that I too often want provision before action or even definite need... What one needs, is a little faith in a BIG God! Mr Taylor showed my what this says about my view of God and his promises!!!
